Norman Mwenda is the principal architect and founder of Mwenda Architects and has 13 years of experience in the industry. He is a registered member of the Namibia Council for Architects and Quantity Surveyors (NCAQS) and the Namibia Institute of Architects (NIA).

Prior to joining Gamal Rifai Architects, he was employed by Marley Tjitjo Architects Inc. and LI Architects.

Jaimaya Mubondo is a Project Manager with Certification in Project Management. In past he worked for Diversity Business Solutions as Project Manager/Draftsman. He has also worked as a Process and Project Facilitator for Anglo Base Metals (Skorpion Zinc Mine). Before that he worked for Namprint as Head of Graphic Design Department.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, Certification in Lean-Six Sigma, Microsoft Certification in A+ Support Engineering and Draughting.

Ismael Humbu is has 12 years working experience as a Senior draughtsman with a lot of knowledge of architectural technologies and municipal experience for approval of drawings. Mr. Humbu was employed previously by Marley Tjitjo Architects Inc.
